Polimerna mastilna sredstva so specialna usnjarska pomozna
sredstva, ki se med "mokrim" dodelavnim postopkom vezejo na
usnjeno snov in imajo polnilne, mastilne in hidrofobirne ucinke.
V osnovi so modificirani vodorazredcljivi polimeri z nizko molsko
maso. Vzorcem stirih izbranih polimernih mastilnih sredstev smo
dolocili suho snov, zarino in ugotavljali topnost v organskih
topilih. Okvirno kemijsko sestavo smo dolocili z infrardeco
spektroskopijo (IR) ter 1 H in 13 C jedrsko magnetno resonanco ( 1 H
in 13 C NMR). Ugotovili smo, da so analizirana mastilna sredstva
polimeri akrilnega tipa z razli~nimi stranskimi skupinami.

opredelitev

Polymer fatliquoring agents are a special type of leather
auxiliary agents. During "wet" finishing operations they can be
bonded onto leather substance giving fatliquoring, filling and
hydrofobic effects. Mainly, they are modified aqueous polymers of
low molecular weight. Four commercial typs of polymer
fatliquoring agents were characterized by determination of dry
matter, ash and the solubility in organic solvents. Chemical
composition were estimated on the basis of infrared (IR) and 1 H
in 13 C NMR analysis. It was found that analysed fatliquoring
agents are basicaly acrylic polymers with different side groups.
