Male crpalke za grobi vakuum pogosto uporabljajo v tehniki,
medicini, raznih laboratorijih in tudi v {iroki porabi. V clanku
je kratko opisan princip delovanja, z diagrami so prikazani
izracuni obremenitev, potrebne moci elektromotorja in predvidene
crpalne hitrosti za prototip crpalke, ki jo razvijamo na IEVT.

Small dry pumps for rough vacuum are often used in technics,
medicine, laboratories and also in wide use. By ability of
achieving low pressures they can not be compared to oil sealed
rotary vacuum pumps, but they do not contaminate pumping system.
This paper touches briefly the principles of operation,
calculations of loading and needed power of electromotor for the
pump prototype that we are developing at IEVT.
