Sinteza in karakterizacija sulfonatnih poliuretanskih ionomerov

Sintetizirali smo poliuretanske anionomere na osnovi izoforon-
ali heksametilendiizocianata, polioksitetrametilen glikola in
1,4-butandiola. Ionizacijo polimerov smo izvajali z reakcijo
bimolekularne nukleofilne zamenjave uretanskega vodika z
natrijevim hidridom, ki ji je sledila reakcija odpiranja obroca
1,3-propan sultona. Namesto NaH smo za metaliranje uretanskih
skupin uporabili tudi butillitij. Potek reakcij in ionske
interakcije smo zasledovali s FTIR spektroskopjo. Dolocili smo
pogoje, pri katerih so nastali produkti, ki smo jih lahko
dispergirali ali raztopili v vodi. Ionomere smo opredelili s FTIR
in SEC metodami.

Polyurethane anionomers on the basis of isophorone- or
hexamethylenediisocyanate, polyoxytetramethylene glycol and
1,4-butanediol were synthesized. Ionization was performed via a
bimolecular nucleophilic displacement reaction with sodium
hydride, followed by a ring opening reaction of 1,3-propane
sultone. The metallation of polyurethane groups was in some cases
performed with buthyllithium instead with NaH. The courses of
reaction and the degree of ionization were followed by FTIR
spectroscopy. The conditions to obtain water miscible products
were also determined. Ionomers were characterized by FTIR and SEC
methods.
